I used to go thru drive thru because they constantly got my order wrong unless it was just coffee I start going in to order. Today was the last straw. Put my order in waited 10minutes and seen 3 orders go out that were ordered after me before I got mine. I finally get my order and its cold & no hash browns. Then I'm informed there is no hash browns hasn't been for 20 minutes. Get it together its the breakfast menu. Was asked 32 times if I wanted a muffin instead - oh is a muffin $3.87. Then they can't give me a refund just for the hash browns they have to re-ring order with out - how hot is my food now?? I finally got fed up and told them to keep the money and left. Thru all the orders wrong not getting all the food ordered they probably owe me $20 now. You tell them and they think nothing of it. It cost more to drive back than the darn food. The one time I check and went in the argued with me. One nice experience was the girl that took my order. Very pleasant and none of this was here fault. If they didn't have hash browns then they should communicate this with all front end staff. I felt bad for here when trying to refund part of my order it'd shouldn't be that hard. Also the manager should of just gave me my refund and dealt with how to ring it in later. POOR - POOR. This may sound petty but after working in this industry I don't have patience for this kind of service. Thank you for the front end service it was excellent just wish the whole experience could be that way.
