An old school European bakery, also featuring deli sandwiches made to order.
I was in MR and looking for a treat when I stumbled on the OCEB. The place looked clean and there is a small seating area for people who can't wait to go home to eat. I was feeling strong-willed so I got take-out. Service was good and the counter clerk described the items on display in mouth-watering detail. As for price, it wasn’t discount bakery, but you get what you pay for. There was a huge selection of bakery items and sandwiches available, but I decided to try their new item, cinnamon buns. The buns were very fresh and tasty and the generous dollop of icing on top tasted like real cream cheese. I devoured one and shared the rest of my treat-trove with some friends. I wish I had bought two for myself even though the buns were a good size.
A delicious experience.
