This location is pretty good during the day, but do not go here at night, it is not clean or safe. The staff working the night shift at the 228th and Lougheed McDonalds do not know what they are doing, and are unable to keep control of their premises late at night. The lobby is usually full of unruly teenagers hanging around, the staff will ignore you if you try to place an order, if you can get close enough to actually attempt to order something with people cutting in front of you. The last time I visited this location at night, I never was able to put my order in, I stood inside for at least 10 mins, being cut in front of by some young kid and his potty mouthed buddy. Not saying anything I finally got to the counter where I was ignored by the staff. I gave up and left and went somewhere else. The drive through also had a line going around the building, with the majority of the vehciles sitting there with their engines off, obviously from waiting so long. There was an elderly woman who somehow managed to get her order in, but got to the table and had to ask for a rag to wipe it down herself because the staff had not been keeping the dining area clean. In the back the person making the food was touching everything with bare hands even thought here were obviously tongs for this purpose sitting right there. It was disgusting. Don't go here at night. You've been warned.
