Does Joe really Blow?

I'm Surprised there aren't more reviews for this place. I found the food here mediocre at best. It's ok tasting, nothing to rave about. Pretty plain flavors, the fish can be too oily at times. The staff are quite friendly. The prices not so friendly to my pocket. Overall i wasn't really satisfied, i spent $32 on a meal that was just ok. Doesn't really make me want to go back. They used to have good fried chicken, i didn't notice it on there menu.

This shop is just down the street from work. I go with some frequency.

They have a good AYCE deal on all the time and they offer up their fish in regular, cajun and lemon. All of them are good. I will switch on the refill and they really don't mind giving you a mixed order.

I think the owners changed a couple of years ago and the quality improved. Owners are the staff and are always friendly.

Food is not greasy, fries are nice and crisp. Tartar sauce is good.

Cheap and decent so don't expect it to be fancy.

Good Fish & Chips

Why not sink your chompers into a variety of flavoured fish batter that will dance in your mouth as opposed to the normal run-of-the-mill fish and chips joint with just regular batter. You can choose lemon garlic, cajun, regular or another flavour. I cannot comment on their burgers and other items because we have not ordered from it and usually hit the all-you-can-eat fish and chips. The old style canning jar cups are a different spin on drinks and a unique approach. Give it a shot.....
