I've become a regular here in the past year or so. They are great at what they do, which is pasta.
Although I often have the same thing, it's always great. Always the same nice girl serving, friendly as can be, even when it's full ... it's a small place but anyone who can do 7-8 tables at once on their own and (A.) smile and joke around and (B.) fit me in when I walk in is ACES with me. The chef sometimes comes out to deliver your food, which I love. Not cheap for what you get, but certainly reasonable. The ambiance for me is just fine, the place has quite obviously not been updated in some time, and shows its age a little, but I don't mind that in my go-to neighbourhood hole in the wall hang out.
You wouldn't be disappointed, unless you go expecting Umbertos.
