Came to Wired Monk after its renovations to check it out. What an improvement! The floors, walls and bathrooms have gotten a face lift, plus they added some very cool patio furniture.
Food and coffee / drinks are good, as always. My ongoing favorites are the red tea latte with vanilla or the london fog. We also tried their soup (roasted red pepper w/ tomato) and poor boy sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and the soup was tasty.
Sometimes they have live bands playing, which gives them an edge over other coffee shops.

Have been coming here for years and the coffee is always great. The iced coffee is delicious. Have also eaten here a few times and the food is really delicious; their turkey on focaccia bread is amazing and yummy. The service is always cheerful, manager happy to accomodate you. However, one negative would have to be the shorter hours since the new owners took the reigns - they close extremely early in the evenings now. Perhaps they will open later in the summer - I hope so. :o)
