Having recently found a sister pub to this location and being impressed, we tried to have dinner at the Langley location. Granted it was Friday afternoon at 4:45 PM when we stopped there so I understood it would be busy. Just the two of us. Greeted as we walked in looking for table. My comment is with the reservation policy. The only open tables all had reservation signs on them. Really? In a pub? We had sat down and then saw that the table was reserved, as were several tables around us. In my opinion, you can't be comfortable at a table with such a sign as you are worried about being able to eat and be ready to leave before the people who reserved the table arrive. If they arrive early, am I expected to vacate the table immediately? At the end of the day, this is a pub that we chose to leave because of the reservation policy. We went to another place with open tables and spent our money there. Being that it is a pub with what I assume to be decent food, I can't say I am a fan of being able to reserve a table. I will gladly go back to the sister establishment but doubt I will go back to the Langley location now.
