Tried Lee's for take out the other night. The place was dead, I was the only customer. The complete lack of updating both inside and outside the place made me a little hesitant but I gave it a try anyway. The young guy at the counter was a little sullen, but I think he was just bored. There isn't much to the menu; just chicken and a few sides and that's it. HOWEVER, my order came up super fast and it was fresh and tasty. A lot of zing in the batter, and it even tasted good as leftovers the next day. The only thing I didn't dig was the gravy, it didn't have a lot of flavor. Like the big name competitors, I think fried chicken is a little over priced, but it's nice as a treat.
