I have purchased take out many times over the last 2-3 years. I beleive they have changed owners again. Anyway the food was really good Last year , now it varies from each time I order. I didnt get wasabi and soy sauce last time, so I was dissappointed. The service is always courteous, polite and prompt.
I do like it as the cost is great.
Spicy Dynamite roll!
I had just had my wisdom taken out earlier in the week, but my husband had a craving for sushi, so we decided to pop in here and give it a try. I was in no condition to be eating rice, but could go for a miso soup.
Being a early on a Saturday afternoon, I would expect an all you can eat sushi place to be packed; but this was not the case - we were the only two people in the place and there were three teenage staff members on.
The server came to take our order and upon learning that I would not be having all you can eat, she asked me to move to another table.
I asked her why, and she explained "we cannot trust the customers sitting together when only one gets all you can eat, because they always steal from us."
I understand this is a common policy, but the message delivery could have been much better - accusing your customers of being thieves is never really a great approach for any business.
Although unhappy, I complied and moved over to the next table. I sat and watched as they served my husband, bringing him water (which was cloudy as another reviewer commented). The rolls looked very loose, and the tuna on the nigiri looked like cheap quality.
Not once did anyone come over to take my order once i had moved. When we were paying the bill, I told the server i was upset that no one had come over to take my order and that all I wanted was some soup. She responded by laughing at me and saying "you never asked for anything."
I told her it was because she had never brought me a menu or asked for my order. She just shrugged her shoulders.
Overall I would not recommend Jun Sushi, even though I never had a chance to eat - the service is the worst I have experienced any where.
We heard about this restaurant, from friends, and went to check out their All you can Eat deal.
The price is outstanding at $12.99 a person!!
There is a full menu of all kinds of VERY fresh and imaginative sushi rolls and other items!!The main difference between this All you can eat, and perhaps others, is there is no Sashimi included in the deal.
If you love All You Can Eat though, and are in Surrey or Langley, definitely worth checking out!!!!
They have very good and tasty sushi..the staff is very friendly..they have best sushi in Langley ...everytime when we came to the restaurnat in busy time, the staff always came to ask us 'if we need anything else?' my friends and I will come to try their all you can eat next time the price is reasonable.
