An excurision out to Kelowna led a group of 6 of us to a more predictable restaurant for a family dinner.

As with all chains, Milestones keeps the tradition with familiarity all around, from the open and trendy design to the loud ambiance and fresh, friendly faces.

The choices were different all around the table from chicken penne to steak frites to black cod to my gf's caesar salad and my chef's cut prime rib. Everyone enjoy their entrees but my gf's salad was heavy on the dressing and shaved asiago and reggiano and topped with stale coutons. My prime rib was surprisingly good with a nice colour ring from a higher temperature sear and on flavour alone, I would consider it to be better than most if not all Kegs. Drinks were inconsistently made, especially my poorly made pimm's, and at $8 for a single, was terribly expensive for what amounted to was mostly ginger ale.

We liked our amiable server and he was timely for checkups especially given the busy dinner rush at that time. Again, for a chain it was almost expected.

Milestones meets the mark for consistently.
