Twitter and Facebook Giveaway

Overview

For every new 25 followers on Twitter and 25 fans on Facebook, we are giving away a Dine Here t-shirt. This applies to all regional twitter accounts as well (see below).

For every 100th new follower or fan on @dinehere or Facebook, we are giving away a $50 gift card from BUYATAB.com. The regional twitter accounts do not apply for the gift card giveaway.

Recipients will be randomly chosen from Dine Here's list of followers and fans.

For example, Dine Here currently has 259 fans on Twitter (as of June 23, 2010). When we get to 275, we will give away a Dine Here t-shirt. When we get to 300, we will give away a $50 gift card and a t-shirt. We currently have 110 fans on Facebook, when we get 125, 150, 175 and so on, we will giveaway a free t-shirt. When we get to 200 fans, we will give away a $50 gift card and a t-shirt.

  • @dinehere - Primary Dine Here Twitter account for Dine Here specific news, general interest food/restaurant info and news, and Dine Here giveaways
  • @dh_vancouver - Restaurant news and information for Metro Vancouver and surrounding area (starting Sept 1, 2010 but can be followed now)
  • @dh_victoria - Restaurant news and information for Victoria and the rest of Vancouver Island

    • Rules

    • In order to qualify, all you need to do is follow us on Twitter and/or become a fan on our Facebook page. Do both to double your chances.
    • We will contact you by Twitter or Facebook to notify you if you are selected. You must collect your prize within 14 days.
    • You are fine with us announcing your twitter account or name on Facebook should you be selected. We will also post the selected people at the bottom of this page.
    • You cannot have received any giveaways from Dine Here in the last 6 months. If we select someone who has already received any giveaway within that time frame, we will select someone else.

    Stuff

    $50 BUYATAB.com gift cards can be chosen for any restaurant that BUYATAB supports with their gift card solution. You must select one from their list of supported restaurants and we will email you a digital gift card.

    We currently have two types of Dine Here t-shirts:

    • Unisex Tees in S, M, L, XL, 2XL
    • Women's Tees in S, M, L, XL
