Hubby and I dropped into The Rusty Anchor for lunch....and it was as expected.
Service was adequate, food was OK. Hubby had taco salad, I had steak sandwich.
Location on the waterfront was attractive...location won't bring in foodies.
We met our friend here for lunch the other day and we were very pleasently surprised. I had their turkey burger special, it tasted like turkey! very good. it came with a choice of fries or salad- I had the salad with a nice rapsberry dressing. I really enjoyed. My husband had fish and chips- he is a very picky eater, and he really liked them and would go back again. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other menu items when we return.
