Pizza, Pizza memories of drunken nights with take-out pizza that is available almost on every Ontario street corner. Pizza Pizza is a strong chain out of Ontario. It isn't amazing pizza but it is cheap pizza and appeals strongly to value-counscious teens, young adults and families. When you are drunk it just has to be Pizza Pizza. With a few bottles of beer, some opened and emptied already I spotted the bright orange delivery flyer. I ordered with high hopes and visions of greasy pepperoni, a sprinkling of cheese, and that tart sauce. Well they were more stingy than usual with the cheese, it was extremely sparse. The crust was undercooked and tasted doughy. This is not a pleasant sensation. The greasy pepperoni was there but seemed to be fewer than I remembered. Overall the pizza tasted more like cardboard than real food. The service is horrible here, they boast about their pizza yet I've had much better in Ontario, and the irritating girl who takes the order on the phone lacks basic customer service skills. They told me it would take an hour for delivery, it was quicker but what pizza chain takes an hour to deliver? This is supposed to be fast food people, pre-cook the crust if you need to. Not that my crust was cooked fully anyhow. Overall this is cheap, carby, salty, greasy pizza. Try it once if you have to, but it's not worth going out of your way to try this place. And they offer brocolli as a pizza topping. Strange place.
