I've eaten at Browns a few times, mostly the location in Port Moody. We stopped by this location on our way out to the ferry looking for some breakfast but unfortunately they only serve brunch on weekends. Instead we ordered some pizzas including the margherita, cheese royale and the mushroom with goat cheese. They were all some of the better pizzas I've had. The service was prompt as we were in a hurry to drop someone off at the ferry. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would return.
I don't come here too often but once in a while when business brings me down there it is good to know that there is a place I can put the expense account to use. An adult restaurant, no kids, good eye candy and here (not downtown!).
Browns is an excellent modern Canadian restaurant.The room is big and beautifully decorated. I have chosen from both the menu and waitresses recommendation. Both are outstanding. The manager and his hiring practices have ensured a great looking crew in very cute little skirts. Service is quite formal, which some may find intimidating coupled with the good looks. However, the staff do a great job of anticipating your needs. The music and lounge style is a great way to complement a meal.
Let's face it they are leggy and have put in an effort so as a patron I acknowledge it and tip straight 20%. The meal and a drink usually come to no more than $30 though.
Nothing much to say about this famous place, but only thing is too pricy, food 's fabulous.. service is incredible. I think western food's ok, but international food 's not ok.. they have many kind of food. it's good.
It's like a bar , so sometimes so noisy but it's ok ..
