Hands down, the best Sunday brunch we've ever experienced. The Chef and his team have spared no expense. From the moment you enter the chilled buffet room, your eyes can't help but pop out. Once you get beyond the beautiful presentation, you begin to realize the overwhelming variety of offerings. House-smoked fish and shellfish, pickled herring, lox, pate, baked ham ready for slicing, salads, veggies, cheeses, cold meats, quiche and spinach pies with a really tasty tzatziki dip. They also have traditional breakfast fare like perfectly fried bacon, sausages, potatos, scrambled eggs, eggs benny with outstanding hollandaise sauce, waffles, yogurts, grains, nuts, fruits and juices...and I'm sure I'm forgetting things. We were lucky enough to have some stuffed sole drizzled with a red sauce that had just a touch of heat and we couldn't get enough of it! On top of all this, there is someone on hand to prepare fresh, custom-ordered omelettes. And the desserts are plentiful and delicious. The pave is a must-have. The crust, the lightness of the filling and the hint of espresso was other-worldly. Best money ($30/Person) we ever spent. Culinary talent, ambiance and value in variety and freshness is what's happening at The Breakwater. Kudos to the Chef and his team! Top of the list. We'll be back.
