It took 50 minutes for our main course! 50 minutes for sushi! We ordered a few pieces of nigiri and two rolls and it took them 50 minutes! No apologies from the sever when we brought it up and apparently they are that busy most of the time... To be fair our server did say she took three orders at the same time attempting to justify the wait time. What she neglected to register was that we were the first of those three to place their order and the last to receive theirs! Sadly disappointed, this was our first try here, but we will not go back.
Very Poor service and attitude!!!
I am a big fan of Starbucks. I am honestly visit one on a regular basis.
I was one of the first to go to Starbucks, my very first was in the USA. I like Starbucks!!!
I very rarely go into a Starbucks that people are not happy, or rude, or lack of service. Well yesterday was my first very poor service.. And wow I will never go back there, my parents are telling everyone the story and so will I for people to boycott this establishment. I purchased a tall mild and asked for a grande cup. The answer was sure but you have to pay for the cup, I explained for spillage reasons, I would like a grande cup, sorry you have to pay for it, then she told me its not a big deal, and then she said to me... Well first I said that in Ontario this is how I order it, she then said, well this is BC.. So, there were different ways how to handle this situation.. And of course different ways how I could have handled it. I also should have walked away and not paid for it, and went across the parking lot to the real starbucks other then the one in Safeway.
So, not only did this person look like an Ass in front of me, but also the few people that were standing behind me. I was so surprised and not rude.. that people behind me were saying they could not believe it.. All she is asking for is a larger cup, with the coffee in it, she is not asking for more coffee..
I will continue to share my story numerous times. The best advertising is a happy customer and the worst is an unhappy one. Please folks boycott this store walk across the parking lot to the real store!. And she never gave me my receipt, so since it was on my starbucks card.. no idea if she charged me for a grande cup..
