Prices are low and the portions are large. But i dont find the entrees to be spectacular. They were very salty! However, Desserts are great. Unfortunately they only make limited quantities and everything is first come first serve, and they chef Christine makes her own desserts. So its different everytime you visit. I guess that is a downside. If you like their keylime pie, and want another piece the next day you may be out of luck!!

Unbelievable home cooking with all the ingredients coming from scratch.

My wife and I have been to W&S easily a dozen times over the last year and a half. The food is always fantastic. Christina (chef & owner) does a great job with blending flavours together. Most of the food has a Mediterranean/European home cooked feel. From the appetizers to soups, to the entrees, you wont be disappointed. All of her dinner menu entrees are fantastic - doesn't matter if you choose vegetarian or meat dishes. The desserts are just as amazing! You can tell she puts a lot of care into her food and presentation.

The place is friendly and comfortable, but nothing fancy. Its almost has a little bit of a cafe style/casual atmosphere, but if you can look past this your taste buds will thank you for giving W&S a try.

We absolutely love it!

I ate at Wilbur and Sebastian's with my hubby for the first time today. The portions were good, the service was prompt and the food was fresh and delicious! My hubby had the Penne with Chorizo and every other spoonful he kept saying, "this is so good!" I asked the chef/owner about the sauce for the pasta and she told me she makes it in house from roasted tomatoes. I had the Chili which had just the perfect combination of meat, beans and spices. The fresh chopped cilantro on top added a fresh burst of flavour which really complimented the chili. For dessert we had the Hazelnut Chocolate Cheesecake which was creamy and rich and just had the right touch of sweetness.

It was a wonderful meal. I'm looking forward to going back so that I can try their Beef Short rib Mechado and the Braised Lamb Shank.
