The food at Tandori is inspired by the Tandor and the cuisine of Northern India. The menu consists of items like Butter Chicken, Shrimp Korma, and Curry Beef served with Basmati rice and Tandor baked Naan bread.
I decided to have lunch at this place as it is new, and looked very clean. I ordered chick pea curry and naan (which also came with potatoes). The chick pea curry was the worst I've ever eaten. As an Indian person I am qualified to judge Indian food. I cook better. I have no idea why, but the curry was saturated with coconut! It was vile, and also very salty. The potatoes on the hand were absolutely devoid of salt. I could not eat much of the meal as I felt queasy. I have no idea who the cook is but that person needs some serious training in the art of Indian cooking. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. If the veg dishes were so bad, I dread to think how the meat dishes taste.
