Ricky's is a family friendly spot offering a varied menu of casual classics for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We love Ricky's. Breakfast is served until 4. Prices are consistent with other breakfast places. Pancakes were fantastic. Two kinds of hashbrowns - shredded and the deep fried cubed ones. We both had sourdough toast -the pieces were very large and perfectly buttered. Breakfast meats were done perfectly. Any my Omlette was hot, well cooked with the cheese just perfect - a masterpiece., Not sure why i'd go anyhwere else around here for a sit down breakfast.
this is definately not the place to go for dinner.. i should have known when there was no customers in the restaurant at 6;00...the food came cold and was returned...we could hear them put the food in the microwave and return it to us..the waitresses were constantly filling our drinks and very nice, but there was only one cook in the kitchen and she could not get the order right for the only two customers in the restaurant...whatever you order at night is straight out of the freezer....but the breakfasts are okay
The table service was very slow.
There were five staff members on, all
standing watching the T.V. They were
indiferent to our being there, or anyone
else for that matter. After all was said and
done, it was time to leave; however, the
wait staff was nowhere to be found, so we
preceeded to the til. The young lady there
made a verbal stink about having to split
the bill for us and then asked if we were
going to leave a tip. Needless to say I
told her no and why. This only made her more
angry as she banged a slaped the counter and
register with her every move.
