I ordered take out from Pizzatown today. Ordered a large meat lovers pizza, butter chicken w/rice and naan and veggie pakoras. I've ordrered pizza from her before about 3 months ago and it was good. For whatever reason, everything we ordered today was extremely salty, especially the pakoras. It was almost to the point that I couldn't eat it.
It cost $30.90 after tax for pick up, which would have been quite reasonable, had everything been edible. I ended up throwing out 1/2 of the pakoras, because they were too salty. The texture of the pakoras were great, crispy and light, but the taste of salt overrode the cilantro and other spices. Butter chicken was pretty good, lots of chicken, sauce was tasty, but again, too much salt.
LIke the title says, not sure what happened. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and likely order from there one more time. But if the food is again salty, that next time will definitely be the last time.
