I decided to eat here with some friends when i visited British Columbia and it was fantastic. The staff here was very kind and the food was brought to us very quickly and tasted great. I will definitely eat here again when I visit Chiliwack and recommend anyone to eat here. This is now one of my favorites diners to eat at.

Family members asked us to meet them here for dinner. Located in the "downtown" part of Chilliwack there is lots of free parking for evening meals. The decor is modern and clean, with the obligatory red and white checkered tablecloths and subdued lighting. Italian music plays softly in the background, permitting ease of conversation at tables. A good sign is that the washrooms are spotless.

The menu is of course Italian and a decent number of items are on offer. I had the veal and mushroom sauce and was very pleased with the presentation and more importantly the flavors. The chocolate mousse was very good as well. Wine was ordered from a sufficient menu. Side dish portions were just right and prepared wonderfully.

There were four in our party, two of which dine there frequently. At the end of the day, no one had any complaints and all vowed to return at some point. They appear to do a brisk business in the take away department too.

The wait staff were attentive without being bothersome and know their business. Both had pleasant personalities that made us feel welcome. The folks of Chilliwack are indeed fortunate to have this restaurant. I believe it would be a good place for a romantic dinner.

We were pleased when a classy restaurant opened in Chilliwack. We have had weddings, funerals,family
meals here and were pleased with the food. But recently we brought family here for a special occasion
and were very unhappy with our meal. We went back thinking it may have been just that one time. It was
very disappointing again. We will now go somewhere else. The meals are less than mediocre. Service
lacks something as well. It is too bad because the setting on Salish Pond is really beautiful but if your
meal is gourmet price you expect the quality to be gourmet as well. It is not. There are quite a few
good restaurants in Chilliwack. We have given Prestons a lot of our business in the past and will not be going back.

Went here for a birthday party - first time for most of us. We were seated in a quiet area which was nice. Not fancy but a nice ambiance. Waiter was a bit harried but he was on his own with a large group, so I'd say he did his best. We started with the Classic Caesar with lemon parmesan croutons; it was alright but not the best I've ever had, the lettuce was not dried enough so it was wet and the dressing didn't stick to it well.

IFor an entee I had the Wild Salmon on Crab potato mash & Lobster sauce, the salmon was cooked to perfection, I could have had a bit more potatoes and more veggies would have been nice - just served 2 asparagus spears. I did not like that the meal was served in a bowl, it was awkward to eat it properly.
My daughter had the Penne with Chicken in a fresh basil pesto and said it was very tasty. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals. I'd say a bit pricey for the size of the meal, but well prepared.
Didn't have any desserts - we had a birthday cake.
I'd like to come back with just a couple of friends and try some of the other menu items.

Bravo has a lovely dining room. The tables are nicely set and well spaced so you can have a private conversation. The candles add a lovely ambiance to the room.

We have dined at Bravo on numerous occasions. This weekends dinner was somewhat disappointing compared to other experiences. The service was just a good as usual but I found some of the food somewhat disappointing. The bread that they served with dinner was not very interesting at all. I remember the bread being considerably better on previous visits. This weekend it was just like plain white and whole wheat bread that you buy at the store, not even a good quality bread. We started off with the chipotle mussels and they are amazing. We seem to always gravitate to this appetizer. It is nice and spicy and the sauce is fantastic. Too bad the bread wasn’t better. They were $14.00. For entrees my husband had the pork tenderloin and he just raved about it. I ordered the wild salmon with crab mash and lobster sauce. It sounds very good. I think I’ve had this dish before and I’ve found it to be very good. This last visit there was just not much flavour to the dish. It tasted like just regular mashed potatoes and the lobster sauce had no taste of lobster to it whatsoever. Hubby tried my dinner and his comment as well was that it was very bland. He was glad he ordered what he did. For dessert we shared a crème brulee. It was probably one of the most disappointing crème brulees that I’ve had. It was very heavy on the flour and had the texture more of a pudding cake than a crème brulee. There was also not much of a vanilla flavour to it. The prices here are very reasonable. Appetizers range in price from $11.00 - $19.00 and entrees range from $19.00 - $31.00.

We asked what the corkage fee on BYOW was going to be and we were told $19.95 for the first bottle and then you negotiate with the owner. I overheard them talking about bringing in some more reasonable wines for their wine list.

I would go back based on previous dining experiences that I’ve had here. I hope this weekends experience was just an off night for them.

We went here for dinner, located about a 1/2 block from the beach area. The building had the appearance of a new wooden post and beam construction with a open feel to it, which was kinda nice. You could eat out on the sundeck as well as inside. The service was good. We orderd something other than a pizza.
We tried the beef stir fry, caesar salad and the hamburger which were good, but nothing to rave about. I thought the prices were a little on the high side, but considering the location it was probably average.
For a pizza type restaurant I thought it was ideal, but if you want something a little more fancy I would look elsewhere.

The Hungry Chef Eatery has quickly established itself as one of the favorite spots in Harrison Hot Springs among locals and tourists alike. The owner/chef does most of his food fresh from scratch. Excellent burgers. The last pizza I tasted this good was in Italy. The dough and bread for burger buns are all baked fresh in house. The flavour and food is very fresh. Authentic aged balsamic vinegar is used on the house salad. I mean the real stuff, not the brown vinegar you get at the grocery store. The food is good here. The prices are very reasonable. We've eaten here 4 times over the past 2 weeks. Terrific gourmet burgers and pizza. Well worth the visit.

The whole front wall of the restaurant is a huge folding door which opens up to the patio. The whole restaurant has a feel like your on the patio. The interior looks great against the mountain backdrop of the area. Exposed wood beams on the ceiling with a fireplace set against a modern stone wall. It's only one street off the beachfront in a quiet location near the Hot Springs Resort and Spa... that said everything in HHS is only few minutes walk.

Visiting Clark's was a mistake. It took forever to get a seat, menus and service. The service was slow and incompetent, the server walked around with plates of food, not knowing who he was to serve them to.
Now the food, that was not worth the money. The "Bowl" is a dish that combines potatoes & meats with eggs on top, the eggs came as fried over easy, the server didn't ask how we wanted the eggs, but it would have been too much time and trouble to send it back. I ordered waffles, they looked like frozen ones and were cold and tasteless, the syrup and butter were ice cold so it was not a very appealing meal to say the least. My waffles came when my daughter was half finished her meal.
We were never offered beverage refills, and by the time the server brought a spoon for the coffee it was too late, we used the knife. This restaurant seriously needs a makeover, it is drab and shabby.
No, we will never go back.

We had our staff Christmas party at Preston's. They had a nice set-up, quick and friendly service but that was about where the good stopped and the mediocre set in. While the appetizers were alright, they were a little under seasoned (the tomato and bocconcini salad was anyway). the "risotto" in the main was the consistency of mashed potatoes and tasted as salty as if they used packaged gravy in it. I felt sorry for the vegetarians as unfortunately their only option was a huge bowl of the risotto with nothing else to cut the one dimentional flavour. I had the chicken with the promise of it being stuffed with goat's cheese but there was nary a trace of it. Overall Preston's tried to impress with the menu but fell short with the actual execution of it therfore serving overpriced, badly done food. For $130 for one crappy 3 course meal and a few drinks I'll take my money elsewhere next time.

Since moving to Chilliwack in the spring, we have tried many restaurants and Bravo has exceeded every other in the City. Definitely my first choice in dining out. It is hidden in a less than desirable area of town, but you immediately know you have found something unique when you walk through the door. The service was pleasant and the food tasted as good as it was plated. A favorite in the Valley.
