This located was just recently newly renovated. They did an excellent job. A fine dining look w/o the fine dining prices! I went here for brunch with my family about 3 weeks ago. I would have rated the service a 5, but that would be biased because turns out that she knew one of my sister's friend. Her service was superb. Never forgot anything we requested and was always attentive and super friendly. I find this location to be not as busy as some others around lunch time.
It's been several years since I've come to this location. Came here for lunch today and managed to find parking and waited about ten minutes for a booth which was available??
Anyway, ordered a double double burger which arrived in about fifteen minutes. It appears the waitress was looking after a section of the restaurant (like other restaurants) however she seemed a little flustered. Perhaps she didn't like the fact that my colleague and I had water for lunch? Who knows but the bill was tossed our way at the end of the meal. One point deduction for unnecessary service!!! May as well have a laugh at the situation.
Anyway, onto the food. The burger should be a fairly straightforward order. Too much sauce squishing out and the fries were an absolute joke!!! How can one serve old, refried, cold fries to anyone??? The waitress was obviously aware but did nothing to rectify this situation.
I definitely would not recommend this location. Better off going to any multitude of other locations which you've never tried.
I am always leaving happy when I walk out of white spot. The food is always what I expect, a great burger served fast and hot. I am attended to quickly even when it is busy. But the main thing is that I know what type of restaurant I am going into. I expect good wholesome everyday food, nothing too fancy.
I have never been disappointed.
Came in at 10 o'clock.
Ordered The Mushroom Burger
Service was great, I liked everything about it, but once the food came I got really disappointed at the whole meal! Cold and old fries, burnt burger and for some reason was not warm enough, the mushroom just did not do it for me either.
Everything is fine in the front of the house, but i don't know what is going on in the kitchen?
I went here at around noon time and it was noticeably busy. However, I was seated promptly in around 5 minutes. There is a Plasma TV in the middle of the dining area, so that's always a plus.
I ordered a simple burger and it arrived quickly. It was tasty and the special sauce make it taste great.
The servers were friendly and smiling and this was a pleasant lunch.
