Lol, my coworkers and I laugh about service here all the time because there's one lady who always messes up the order (and as fate would have it, she's always the one taking the order everytime we're there)... if you say "no onions" be sure there's onion added, if you say "only tomatos" beware of other toppings! We know the drill now -- watch them as they assemble your order and repeat what you want until they make it right!
Food wise, I feel that it is one of the better choices in the Brentwood mall food court. They grill "real meat" as in steaks, chicken tenders, salmon steaks, etc. Prices are fair for the quality of food, but they need to improve on the accuracy and "fast" part of fast food.
Just because they have pretty good marinated meat does make them the Queens of the world. Every time I go there, the service is terrible. They seem to maintain a "ehhh whatever" attitude towards me and other customers. And, they never say "thank you" or even tell me how much change they give me. I like their steak sandwich, even though they're quite small. It's just something different from other food court food. But I always feel uneasy ordering from them. I bet if they actually smarten up and greet their customer with a smile, they'll get 50-75% more business.
All I have to say is best BBQ-ed chicken in a food court ever! The food is all I need to rave about. Although the portions are fair (you only get a handful of thick-cut fries), the flavor makes up for all. They offer burgers (regular, chicken, salmon, and bison), rice platters, and salads. The aromas coming from the grill makes waiting for your meal painful.
I've tried this place a few times, lately I noticed that they have signs proclaiming that they've lowered prices.
I tried their whole BBQ chicken for $8.99, as an alternative to the grocery store roast chicken.
While they do grill the chicken on the grill before packaging it, it didn't taste that different from a grocery store deli chicken.
I'd rather pay the difference and get Nando's or BBQ chicken myself at home.
