With several locations in the Lower Mainland, Nando's Chicken offers flame grilled chicken and side dishes such as coleslaw, spicy rice and spring mix salads.
Took a travelling nephew to the cafe and our orders were salads. I hope that the cooks learn that salads have other vegetables in them and a larger amount of Chicken etc on customers plates would ensure we would come back.[Canadians like larger portions]
Cutting costs and corners does increase your profit margins I realise, but [in the trade we call them fillers] quickly shows customers you are not giving good value for our dollars. I encourage you to think twice about patronising Nandos in metrotown as too much "FILLER" is used on every plate I saw from this location. Sad really.
Nando's is a great place if you want something you know you'll enjoy and won't feel too guilty about it either. I've rated it according to its price range (approx $10 pp), and for that, it's one of the best choices out there. Enjoyable spicy chicken (flame grilled), tasty sides and even reasonably priced beer. Plus, this is food that someone from virtually any culture can enjoy. Note: the take out never tastes quite as good.
