KFC routinely sends coupons via mail to their customers. I ordered a 3 piece chicken with fries using their coupon at the Metrotown location. They gave me a 3 piece with 1 thigh and 2 small tiny drum sticks. When I took it back to the counter to ask if this was what you get, they responded rudely that with the coupon, that is what you get.
So, they send you a coupon to take a $1.20 off but they give you below standard food. I contacted their central office and they said that this is wrong and that with a 3 piece you should get 1 thigh, 1 drum stick and 1 piece of white meat (either a breast or wing).
It wasn't just that the purposely ripped me off, but they were so rude.
My mom and I went to this KFC one day when shopping at Metrotown. We ordered medium-sized fries, and brownies. Fries were very greasy and oily, and brownies were almost tasteless.
Service was okay, but it took quite a while to make her understand what we were saying.
Overpriced. The food is very overpriced for their quality.
Place wasn't very clean.
DEFINITELY not coming back.
