I've eaten at quite a few Greek restaurants, both fast food as well as sit down restaurants, and I've got to say that Jimmy the Greek was definitely one of the better ones I've been to.

I've had their regular chicken souvlaki dinner, as well as their chicken leg dinner as well. I'd recommend the chicken leg combo, as the leg has a lot more flavor than the souvlaki. It comes with a Greek salad (quite good, had lots of cucumbers and green peppers), two potatoes, and rice. The price is very good for the quality and amount of food. I believe most combos are around $6 or $7. Don't let the fast food prices fool you, I'd say it's an overall better value than some sit down restaurants I've been to. This will likely be a part of my regular food court visits.
