Coffee, gelato, and sandwiches near Boundary and Hastings.
Mrs. C and I were craving gelato, and luckily D67 is close by for people from the North Shore. The place was clean and new looking, and the servers were friendly and efficient. We shared a black forest gelato, which was a good size for $3.50 plus tax. More importantly, the gelato was quite tasty. We are already planning a return visit now that gelato weather is here...

Driving up to Burnaby and notice this place on the corner and decided to stop by. Very good ice cream almost as good as my favorite place Garda on Deman. Incredible service, beautiful girls and good value. They seem to be quite busy with the good aroma of coffee. Next time I am in Burnaby on a hot day I will be back for sure.
I've been here a few times, and the food is pretty good. The younger servers are somewhat snobby, but for the most part everything else is fine. The biggest issue I have is with this place's location. It's totally out of place, (compared to the other stores and services on its block) not to mention it's not all that convenient compared to a couple of other places that serve just as good food as they do. If they were higher up along the heights, I think they would be a MUCH bigger hit.
This is a funny little place on Hastings near Boundary. I found it by accident, but am sure glad I did.
The sandwhiches are very good.
The coffee is very good.
The gelato is good.
The staff are very good looking.
All is good
My 4 year old likes it because of the Race Car theme.
A little cafe, not really in the midst of anything. It's pretty laid-back, and at its busiest has one or two people in line. I understand it's due to its location, but I go out of my way to get the veggie panini at this cafe. Their gelato's quite good as well, although occasionally the texture is a little bit off - I think because the outer gelato has thawed a little bit due to the opening of the freezer display unit. The coffee is generally fantastic, and when not in use the cream, in the usual thermal jugs, is actually kept in a cooler just to make sure. The service is always great. There is not really enough seating available, only a few tables, and that is probably my only complaint: if you show up with a few friends for a lunch of sandwiches and coffee, there's a good chance there will be nowhere for you to sit. To-go isn't a bad thing, but if you're picking up gelato for dessert you're going to have to eat it first!
