Cafe serving coffee, soup, sandwiches, crepes, etc.
Food: I've always had the Chinese crepe. It's the only thing my mom would order. It's really great and we always order it for to-go and I've came here loads of times.
Service: Not very cool. The waitress leaves without saying goodbye. But she is nice to me.
Ambiance: A little small. But actually there's a mirror so you can see the waitress cook.
This place is great if you live in the neighbourhood and need some coffee late at night or a little bit of a nibble..
The free wireless is awesome and the decor is comfy. The staff seem friendly enough and there is always a huge crowd of people here (mainly student types).
Nice addition to the neighbourhood, certainly better than having Shaw Cable there ;)
Will be back here.
Just wanted to update in that they have revamped their menus/prices lately and they no longer have a Sandwich and Soup Combo. A turkey sandwich and chicken noodle combo will now cost approx $9.49.
This I am sure will affect your decision on whether to have lunch here, as I will not be able to frequent this place as much as I would like to given that I cannot afford to spend that much every single day.
Nevertheless, food standards are still very consistent.
