For over two years and at least twice a month, I have been picking up their pastries for my office staff plus numerous times for my family.
We all love their mango cheesecakes, coffee cakes, fruit pastries, etc.
Three months ago I went in just as they were opening and their delivery van was just leaving. There were only four strawberry/mango cheesecakes on their display case. I told the lady that I wanted an assortment of pastries plus 5 mango and 5 strawberry cheesecakes ( I do not like the mango and strawberry on the same cheesecake as I find the strawberry takes over and you don't taste the mango)
The lady told me that they were in the back and she took the tray with the four left over strawberry/mango cheesecakes to the back. When she came out she had my order in a small tray and proceeded to put them in the box.
When I opened the box at the office I noticed that she put the four strawberry/mango cheesecakes in the box and they were not fresh as there was a skin over the cake. I went on their website and sent an e-mail to the owner Ron Cheung but my e-mail came back as un-deliverable.
I have not gone back and I am still angry at the experience.
