I cant belive the outstanding service i got from this restaurant. Not only was the service on the phone great. The delivery company they used was pleasant and fast. Great choice for nandos! The food was amazing and still warm when it was delivered.Great job Nandos and And delivery for the exellent service. Recommend this to everyone!!
Delicious burger and i love how they have so many flavors in the coca cola machine. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and I would definitely come back for more and maybe bring my family and friends the next time around. My Hero Burger experience was well worth it and I will be definitely coming back for more
Not very happy with size of portions, and it is a shame this was one of my favourite restaurants. The sevice is good and is the ambiance of the place. The owner is a great guy it is a pity his hands are also tied by head office. Taste wise best nandos tasted.
This burger joint has everything you need. You can order 4oz, 6oz or 8oz beef angus burgers and you also have other options like chicken, salmon, veggie, turkey and hot dog. They also have all kinds of sides like onion rings, sweet potato fries, 5 different choices of poutine, salads and coleslaw. What's even more awesome is they have the coca cola freestyle machine where you could choose 100+ different flavors and its free refills. The location is so hidden but I found out about it while driving by Ray Lawson blvd to head on over to my sons hockey game.
I've ate at several Nando's and so far this is the best one, amazing quality food great customer service and the restaurant looks beautiful. The one in mississauga chicken was a little dry, this sauce was perfect not too much or not to less it was Peri Peri delicious ;)
Located in the plaza at sandalwood and kennedy rd in brampton, drove by it after getting hair cut, though to my self, why not give a new place a go...... Freak'n glad I did!!!! Ordered the staple jerk chicken rice and peas with oxtail sauce and coleslaw..... I have to say it was 110% execellent!!!! Great flavor with the right amount of kick, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the aroma was so pleasant that my mouth is watering thinking about it and I just finished eating an entire large order!!!! Another feature was that the food was piping hot, some other places you gotta warm it up when you get home.... Not this place, they got there food prep skills down. I'm so happy that I found a new jerk spot that is closer to my home...... The main lady walked out from the back and warned me that ill be back, and I can tell you they have gained a loyal customer. If you are in the area give Tropical Wave a go, you will be satisfyed!!!!!
They make great panzerotto and great service. I was there few weeks ago and the service i got was awsome and you should visit once.Food was great and and price was allrite too. Very quick service and its a busy place. Price was little expensive but it's worth paying it.
The food and the place was really amazing. The buffet was good, with not many varieties but all the dishes were delicious. For desserts they had nice varieties and hot Gulab Jamun is the taste to die for :) Everyone should try this restaurant, but I have to warn you, try once then u will visit often. :)
I had their famous Old Mill Lager which was a surprisingly dark lager. The locals call it "Old Dirty" ... Anyhow when I hear "brewpub" or "craft brewery" I have come to expect that they put the same amount of time into the food as they do their beer. It's what makes going to a brewpub a good experience. Good beer AND good food.
Unfortunately for Tracks their food is terrible. Really really bad ... I've never even written a review before but I was shocked into doing so to warn others. We had a table for 4 and ordered a variety of dinner items on the menu .. all of which were disappointing.
Our Nacho Starter had melted cheese on the outside but was cold in the middle (the cheese was dry and not melted in the middle) .. The nachos tasted like the ones you get at the movie theatre ... way too salty ... no salsa or guacamole or hot peppers ...
My Veal Parmesan main course was so tough it was impossible to bite off a piece ... the entire piece would slide off the bun. It was like trying to eat leather. Someone else ordered the Chicken Parmesan which was served burnt and greasy and somehow tasted like a frozen chicken dinner put through the fryer.
The Fish and Chips had a pool of oil and grease oozing off it and tasted disgusting. I'm not sure how you can mess up Fish and Chips. The side order of coleslaw was the only edible part. Finally someone else ordered a Caesar Salad. The lettuce looked like it was 5 days old and came out of a precut bag that you might buy at Loblaws.
I'm a big supporter of local brewpubs (I wish there were more in Ontario) so it pains me to have to write this review. Brewpubs have a tough time competeing with all the big box bars like Jack Astors etc... so they need to serve "craft food" along with their "craft beer" ... that's what I expect.
One last thing to mention was that the Mens washroom upstairs was full of tiny blackflys. There were 20 or 30 clinging to the wall above the urinal. Also we had to constantly ask our waitress for everything. Napkins, cutlery, more beer, please take away our awful food ... the only way to get service was to flag her down.
In summary, Tracks has a decent beer ... but really awful food. Eat elsewhere.
We went as a group of 10 for a birthday party on a Saturday evening. This restaurant is not equipped to handle a large group. They were very flustered.
-We ordered drinks and appetizers. Our drinks never came and the server forgot who the appetizers belonged to.
-We were not provided side plates. When we asked for them the server said yes but never brought them out.
-We asked for water and we never got it. Out of the 10 people there, 4 got items they didn't order and never got what they did.
The food was very good.
-Once done eating, we asked for the bills, waited 36 minutes (I was counting by that time) and then got up to pay.
-The server handed me my portion of the bill which I paid. Over an hour after I had left the restaurant, the birthday girl gave me a call panicked because the restaurant owner said I left the restaurant without paying. We had to come back to the restaurant, show them the receipt that we had paid. They then noticed that they had originally handed me the wrong bill to pay. I naturally asked them to refund the what I paid and charge me for the correct bill. They refused to do so because of terminal fees. I had to pay the difference. Their excuse (they never apologized) was that it was "so complicated".
By the time we were done at the restaurant it was after 10PM. Considering that we got there at 6:30, the good food is definitely NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.
Excellent cuisine and beautifully designed. Had an outstanding time with a group of 15 for my birthday. The food was enjoyable with a romantic warm feel. The employees are customer service trained, which I find hard to come by now days. One of the servers (possible his name was Peter) had us laughing the entire time. I really like the fact that you get that wonderful atmosphere, without having to go to one of those cookie cutter chain restaurants. Will definitely be coming back soon, I think I have found my new favorite restaurant.
I thought ice-creams were supposed to be fun with family until I tried out this place much against the advice of my friends.Well, the kids wanted to supposedly have the freshest ice cream on Earth and they were most disappointed. It is mediocre at best and what makes it worse is the service, rude, arrogant and indifferent,
We spent close to 16 bucks for 2 lousy Sundaes and it was a complete waste of money.Never going back again particularly to this outlet.
