Went for dinner on Nov. 29, 2015 ordered lamb chops. I got three pieces of bones with very little meat. They looked like they came from the wrack. The rice was soggy. he meat was tough. It was a bad experience. My friend had chicken shish nabobs meat overcooked and dry. Service slow.
I hate when u sometimes get the place that doesn't make your pizza this has happened only once before to Me at a dominos I ordered online but these people don't take the order or start to make it till u go in unless u pay for it when u order online iv went here multiple times before always ordered online they send u a confirmation email with no confirmation number on it and when I send my.mom to the store to get the pizza they say the order wasn't placed it's ridiculous cause like this other person says there service is slow I give up on this restaurant for instance today I went to dominos and bought my pizza there they will not get my business anymore that is it good bye
Eating at the Bourbon st grill at shoppers world Brampton was an experience I don't recommend.
I did not want my money back, I simply asked the ladies to give me a different chicken because the one they gave me was all fat deep fried in batter. I assume that to cut costs they are frying the fat of the chicken with little bits of brown fatty chicken and because it is battered, they figure customers will not notice.
I did notice and I felt insulted that they would do that. When I asked for something else I expected them to apologize and offer me something else, instead that woman was rude and basically told me too bad for you , you paid now it's yours.
It is clear to me they have been through this before , because their response was almost rehearsed, they must get complaints often.
I have never seen customer service like this before, someone is going to get sick sooner or later. I am willing to make some noise and contact the health department to look into this. I have shared my experience with several people and that day I turned 4 people away from their Kiosk, that cost them more than their new chicken they should have gave me. How stupid these business women are!
In business reputation and word of mouth is everything, too bad they don't know this because the word will get out. I told them I was going to share my experience on social media, and they said go ahead like they did.'t care. I don't think they know what social media is anyway.
Me and My Family went to Montana on Sunday Dec 8th 2014... There 11 of us with went to celebrate a birthday the service was horrible it took and an hour to get our appetizers and drinks and than we order our dinner in took a other hour to get that as well when you we got our food half of it come and then we had to wait for the other half we didn't to eat as a family the food was horrible the rice, salmon and chicken were soooooo dry and hard the kids pizza was half cooked..... We had bad experience I would recommend anybody to eat there... We ask for the manger but she/he was not available and the server told us after they were shorty staff. :(
Took way too long to serve (over 20 minutes) despite having started cooking right away after ordering (couldn't change the order within 2 minutes of ordering).
Fish fry plate for $8 had only around that many small pieces. The fries barely had any fish - around half of it was just red batter and seasoning soaked in grease. All it did was fill the stomach - with zero appeal to taste and flavour.
Despite only 2 groups of customer in the entire store, the staff does not seem to know which food belongs to which group. I was given another group's naan. At first I was told that the plate comes with naan, and then after I got the naan, I realized it was meant for another customer, and that the plate in fact does not include naan - just fried fish with onions and green peppers.
Had to tell staff to let me make payment while waiting at the cash register. Finishing on a good note - at least they let me have the naan for free.
First time at this location....
Main course of lamb and shrimp combo...,
Shrimp bland... Rice so soggy ..closer to a Risotto
Dessert was Baklava .. Which was WHITE!
Waitress advised was soaking in honey! But
that was no reason for it to be white and soggy!
Greek coffee was muddy at bottom of cup!
Very odd situation! Great prices but I would expect
better cooked food!
Only ate the Lamb off my platter
...which was very good!
When I order my pizza they take forever to give it when it's ready and also some times the line is long.
Although the pizza tastes good and I have some satisfaction with pizza pizza.
Also the parking design of the store is so stupid cause when you park your car then you have to walk in circles.
But also the phone delivery is very fast and it's not slow and they might deserve a star for that.
I used to love going into this wild wing. I see now all the staff has changed (the older girls were awesome) these young girls confuse easily. The food taste horrible now, the atmosphere is crammed...and I noticed this grumpy, rude indian guy and was told he was the owner....wtf? Where did the other people all go?????? No thisplace is no longer the same, the old girls are what made it happening and the cook marco was amazing, this new owner thing is now just another hole in the ground and it was dirty and gross. I will never come back,,,, my food taste soggy and gross, barely any sauce...and less wings then I got 2 years ago.
This place used to be good. The chicken is fatty and gross and they gave me 7 pieces of meat....I am serious, and when I asked them to please add some more....she said noooo I already gave you too much. Are you serious? I will not go here again...its in the food court at shoppers world. I was so grossed out I threw most of it out...oh ya and the green beans were all dried up. The meal wasnt worth $1....thats if you oicked around fattyluke warm meat, gross rice and shriveled beans. Horrible customer service that dont speak clear english. Nope never again for me.
My mother and I bought food from the mall food court and went to this store to wait for a friend and get coffee. We took a seat with the food and started pulling out food while we waited for our friend to come. When I looked up and saw this worker behind the counter giving us a negative face/ look, then mumbled something to someone. A few minutes later another worker exited the store and approached us and in a polite way told us seating was only for Pam customers, making it definite that they did not see us in the slightest as customers. This store had no line and no customers there , we got up and let and as we were leaving the worker behind the counter smirked right at us as we walked by and left. Again we were going to buy coffee once our friend showed up but with attitude caused by that one worker made us discussed in the store and any of the products there. I don't think I will buy from this place ever again.
When I walked into that location I found it quite poorly set up, tables so crowded together, booths so close to the door, just oddly placed. The host was lovely, tall and smiling. She helped my mom in from outside cause she was on a walker. We had terry as a server, absolutely great!! Kind patient, and charming !! Food was ok but could be better
The food was absolutely incredible and mouth watering. Service was also honestly vey good, because the waiters were very nice and had a lot patience. Food came out and on our tables very quickly. It was so good that I went and ate there twice and got the exact same result as the last. I enjoy eating at Standard Sweets because everything is perfect.
I've been to Anjappar Chettinad in Brampton a couple of times and their food is pretty decent - the closest to authentic Chettinad that I have come across in Canada. I am from South India originally and I'd say their food is fairly south-indian although a little on the bland side. They used to be very popular in the past but they seem to have lost favour not because of their food but because of the abysmal Customer Service their clientele receives. The restaurant is a bit on the pricey side to begin with so thats unacceptable in my opinion as you can get cheaper Dosas and other south indian food closeby with people that are way happier to enhance customer experience.
We visited their restaurant on Saturday evening - there were 15 of us in total and each person ordered a Thali - the service was fairly prompt so thats a good thing - the waitress wasn't willing to allow substitutions (like rice for roti etc) and kept telling us that it was 'restaurant policy' so we let it go at that point. For the record, I've eaten at Anjappar Chettinad in India ( the head office) and they were way more accomodating and were more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure customers leave delighted.
The icing on the cake was when we asked for onions and lemons (a standard free accompaniment with a thali at ANY Indian Restaurant ) and we were told we were allowed only three tiny portions and the rest would be charged at $3.99 a portion. The average price for a 10lb bag of red onions at any grocery store is $3.99 - just thought I'd throw that in so you are aware of how ludicrous those charges are.
At this point, i asked to speak with the manager. The manager comes out, a Mr Loghan - who then proceeds to tell me that it is HIS policy to charge for onions and we should be satisfied that he served us three portions free of cost - i asked him if those three saucers of a mixture of sliced onions, lemon wedges and green chillies were a reasonable accompaniment for a table of 15 people, each with an individual thali. He said he cannot speak of people's appetites (!!!) but three portions were what were sufficient for all of us, in his opinion, and we would be charged for anything over and above that. He was very nonchalant and arrogant in his response and was quick to advise me that the franchise owner was in India and i was welcome to take it to the next level by complaining about their service on the Anjappar Chettinad website. I asked then what my response time was expected to be and he smugly responded that he cannot speak for the owner in India as he may or may not return my email/calls.
Our bill came to roughly $300 and here i was arguing with this sorry excuse of a manager about onions as an accompaniment to our meals. I was embarrased by the blatant lack of customer service displayed here. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
I tried their NFC chicken, best chicken, very juicy and cheaper price
10 PCs for $11.99
Daily special 2 pc with Fries for $3.99
I love their Pulled Chicken, 2 FOR $4.99
Also I love NFC Fish and Chip
I recommend 100%. I am going almost everyday to get food, because of their service.
I find myself at Tropical Joe's almost once a month, mostly because I cook a lot for myself; but the goat curry here is beyond amazing.
I always mean to try their stew chicken or ox tail, but the goat is just THAT good that I never even get anything else!
I've tried their beef curry, by pinching some of my friends that wasn't adventurous enough to try the goat, and that's amazing too!
I also need to sample the jerk chicken, patties and some of their fritters.
Everything is made fresh there, and you can tell!
Great service, very fast and friendly - and above all, if you couldn't tell, the food is AMAZING!
I cant belive the outstanding service i got from this restaurant. Not only was the service on the phone great. The delivery company they used was pleasant and fast. Great choice for nandos! The food was amazing and still warm when it was delivered.Great job Nandos and And delivery for the exellent service. Recommend this to everyone!!
Delicious burger and i love how they have so many flavors in the coca cola machine. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and I would definitely come back for more and maybe bring my family and friends the next time around. My Hero Burger experience was well worth it and I will be definitely coming back for more
Not very happy with size of portions, and it is a shame this was one of my favourite restaurants. The sevice is good and is the ambiance of the place. The owner is a great guy it is a pity his hands are also tied by head office. Taste wise best nandos tasted.
This burger joint has everything you need. You can order 4oz, 6oz or 8oz beef angus burgers and you also have other options like chicken, salmon, veggie, turkey and hot dog. They also have all kinds of sides like onion rings, sweet potato fries, 5 different choices of poutine, salads and coleslaw. What's even more awesome is they have the coca cola freestyle machine where you could choose 100+ different flavors and its free refills. The location is so hidden but I found out about it while driving by Ray Lawson blvd to head on over to my sons hockey game.
I've ate at several Nando's and so far this is the best one, amazing quality food great customer service and the restaurant looks beautiful. The one in mississauga chicken was a little dry, this sauce was perfect not too much or not to less it was Peri Peri delicious ;)
