Pho Bon Phuong serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine at competitive prices.
The only thing i would have to say about this restaurant is that it is absolutely amazing!!!!,
this restaurant used to belong to a really favored Japanese house, but has now become not just a Vietnamese
restaurant but a sushi as well so its a two in one deal =)!.
At first i wasn't so thrilled that ' MARS JAPANESE BISTRO' shut down there business and just let in a random outsider come along. But i built up the courage and went inside to have a look, at first i was just going to order something small because i wasn't particular about Vietnamese food, and i wanted to know if it was any good, but once i came in the welcoming from the staff was awesome!, i felt so wanted not just because of my money but the service was great!! the young waiter works hard and makes sure everybody is happy, not one minute have i seen him sit and rest he makes sure every little thing is done, there's really no need to ask for things he just comes by and does it without asking and every few minutes he'll come by to make sure everything's OK. But the food is the main concern...... the food is freakinnngg yummmy!!!!! i love it , they should be the best Vietnamese food in town!!!!
I am proud to say that i am very wrong about this place at first start. i believe that this restaurant can make it just as big as Mars did, please when u can stop by and try there authentic Vietnamese food!! you wont be disappointed =).
This place just opened where "Mars Sushi" used to be (which was a local favorite for sushi lovers).
I'm always skeptical of new restaurants,.. they seem to pop up and close down overnight. Needless to say I wasn't thrilled when I saw someone removing the "Mars Sushi" sign and putting up a tacky "Been and Noodle" sign.
That being said, I'm a strong believer in supporting local business and I'm always up for finding good food!
We went on their first day open and I had a coconut milk peanut butter Beef soup thing (I forget the name) which the server recommended. One bit and I was convinced. This soup was phenomenal. I've been back twice since to order different things, all with the same conclusion. This new place is a serious contender and is quickly become my new local favorite.
Check it out when you're in the mood for something new.
