An Italian family style restaurant in Abbotsford.
This Paliotti's restaurant is affiliated with the one in Maple Ridge.
Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food served. It is not gourmet cuisine but the ambiance is very nice, prices are reasonable and the food is good. Dinners are accompanied by hot foccacia bread and our waitress was very good about offering to replenish our bread. A huge plate of pasta was $14.95 and we both had enough to require a doggy bag,
If you're in Abbotsford it's the best bet if you have a craving for Italian food.
We'd been to Paliotti's once before quite sometime ago, and decided to give it another try (we are not from the Abbotsford area) The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and designed, my husband and I both agreed the cheap plastic table cloths really didn't do much for the place, other than that, a nice space. Service was very decent, could have been a little warmer, but definitely not poor. Food was excellent we decided to share a couple of dishes, as we normally do. The Four Cheese Pizza Appy was delicious, nice light crust, garlic and olive oil, excellent. The complimentry foccachia bread and Balsamic Olive Oil was also delicious, light, great seasoning, a really good house bread. We really enjoyed the cheese tortellini in a pesto cream sauce as our main entree. Pesto was obviously homemade, seasoning was perfect, pasta was cooked al dente, a really good dish. We'd definitely return to Paliotti's if in Abbotsford.
I love the food.. what more can I say. Want a good meal go here! Everything on the menu is excellent. My husband and I go here every chance we get. We have our own little corner table. We have had the opportunity to meet the owner and share a shot or two. Excellent evening everytime. My favorite on the menu is the Carpet Bagger ( hate the name - love the meal.) It's a huge steak filled with crab and grilled to perfection everytime. So much food you will alway take some home. My mouth starts to water just describing it. Excellent homemade pasta and sauces, appetizers are always great. I recommend this restaurant every chance I get.
