A coffee shop that is open on Sundays! They serve coffee, tea, and pastries. Lunch and dinner served as well, surprisingly. Live entertainment on Wednesday and Saturday nights.
We were searching for an open coffee shop on Sunday other than Starbucks. Found this place and decided to give it a whirl. The woman at the counter was amazing friendly. She greeted us and showed us the pastries. They looked tasty, especially the scones. I had an iced latte and my friend had a vanilla latte. They are also a full service restaurant although you wouldn't expect it from a coffee shop. My friend had a bagel with cream cheese as well. Looks like you can have anything with your coffee - sandwich, muffin, baked salmon... :P
The area is quite cozy. Nice comfortable chairs and a fireplace off to one side. There are lots of magazines and even games - scrabble! In case you want to have a round. Seems like a nice comfortable place to hang out.
There is live entertainment on Saturday and Wednesday nights too - live music and open until 10pm. Interesting!
I can't stress how friendly the women was. Must be the owner? She values her customers and that's a rare thing to see these days.
